During a Full or Waxing moon, anoint 3 white or purple candles with THE SEER oil. Burn incense of frankincense, myrrh, or sandalwood. Fill a scrying bowl with blessed water. Pour a few drops of THE SEER oil onto the surface of the water. State the question to which you seek an answer while stirring the water in a Widdershins direction in the bowl.

Gaze upon the water and divine your answer in its reflective surface in the candle light.
